Advantages:

Новая, чистая квартира, в новом доме. Есть стоянка. Не далеко магазин.

Disadvantages:

Третий этаж без лифта, кондиционер только на кухне. Ужасно скрипит детская кровать!!! Интернета нет (роутер есть, пароль не сказали), телевизор есть но программы не оплачены.
